Terms of service

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Treadly, the software for tyre shops and workshops. By signing in or creating a shop you agree to them. If you use Treadly for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

The service

Treadly provides billing, stock, job cards, inspections, accounts and related tools on the web and on Android and iPhone. We may improve or change features over time, and we will give notice in the app before removing a feature a plan includes.

Your account

Plans and payment

New shops can start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the paid features. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude GST unless stated. We send GST invoices for subscriptions. If payment stops, the account may be limited, but you can still export your data.

Your data

Your shop's records belong to your business. You can export them at any time. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' details and to message them, and for following GST and other laws that apply to your business. Treadly helps prepare GST documents, but you remain responsible for what you file.

Acceptable use

Do not use Treadly to break the law, send spam, keep false or hidden accounts to evade tax, upload harmful code, or try to access another shop's data.

AI features and estimates

Some features read photos or suggest tyre sizes and prices using AI or estimates. Always check sizes on the vehicle placard and confirm prices and details before fitting tyres or issuing a bill.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Treadly available and your data safe. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Treadly is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using Treadly at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
